We booked a cabin at Louisville South KOA on 9/1. The young girl told me I could cancel 1 day before. We were to attend my wifes first nephews wedding on 10/9. My wife and daughter contracted Covid 2 days before. We canceled and were told we would receive a refund. No refund received. So not only did we have to deal with virus and miss the first of the familys nephew/niece weddings we lost our money. Unbelievable that they took no consideration and n the midst of a pandemic. I will never stay at KOA ever again. User's recommendation: Don’t use KOA during pandemic.
