No refund and no contact

I booked two flights through Flight hub that were both cancelled due to the pandemic. I waited while they processed the refund and then told me it would take 12 weeks until I received a refund for either flight. Even though I thought that was a long time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it has now been 12 months and not only have I not heard from them, but their phone system does not bring you to a live agent. Given the fact that I have not received a refund or an email explaining why after 12 weeks I still have not received it leads me to believe that flighthub has no intention of refunding me for the two flights.
