Original review updated by user Jun 02, 2021 In June of 2020 I mistakenly ordered a fitness watch from Lebaz. I emailed and called that day trying to get the order cancelled. They never did and I received the watch on June 22. On June 22 I called and got a Return Merchandise Authorization and mailed the watch back. They never refunded my credit card. As recently as about a month ago at my continued calling and emailing they asked for a copy of my tracking information. I sent it and still no refund.I don't see why someone hasn't shut them down! They are the complete image of a fraudulent company. User's recommendation: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
