No refund after a year

Had tickets for a show in Vegas a year ago , called 4 times , same scrip every time , put on hold to speak to a supervisor , same story every time , your comment is in the cue, will call you back , never do , it is a deliberate attempt to just have you go away I would call it scam with fraudulent practices verses honesty
