Earlier today, I booked a reservation with you for Kona Hawaii airport car rental. You sent me booking request number B14862721. I called Thrifty and they have no knowledge of payment for othat booking request. Yet my bank sent me a text saying that a charge from economy booking was going through for $1, 598.17 for 12 days of renting an auto. What happened? Why did you take my money and never send me a booking confirmation number??? I called Thrifty and they do not recognize the booking number request or my name. If you don't get back to me immediately I will call Wells Fargo Bank and stop payment for fraud on the $1, 598.17
