Booked a return flight with Lastminute.com from Malaga to Athens. Have confirmation emails to confirm that all in order! Arrived at check in at Malaga airport to be told that they had no record of our outward booking but our return booking on 26 August from Athens to Malaga was in order! Alitalia said Lastminute.com was the responsible party. Rang Lastminute customer service twice and no help whatsoever given to find a replacement outward flight. With two minors and the urgency of arriving in Greece prior to Sunday, I had to pay again for flights to get us to Greece at great further expense!!!!!!!!!!!!!DDD expense. Outrag User's recommendation: :Do NOT use Lastminute.com :( they no longer are dependable :).
