No real information on support hours

Don't bother to call their support after 5 pm it seems. You will remain on hold forever telling you that your call will be answered shortly. They do not give any indication of whether the support office is closed, nor what their normal hours are. It just leaves you hanging on the call. Occasionally you will get a prompt saying they will call you back in the order your call is received by pressing 1. You will not get a call back. :-( I waited 4 hours for the call back, and it never came. I ended up having to call the next day and wait on hold yet again for nearly an hour. Their system really needs to at least give the hours they work.
