I bought a wifi camera, throught the website of BVA; the wifi camera was send to my house, but when i opened the pakkage it was totaly destroyed. They send it to me by DPD, but it was very bad packed (I Think), but bad packet or not, what I received was totaly destroyed. I send an e-mail, and I asked my money back and althought on their website they wrote that they will react within 2 days, it is very quiet for more then 8 days. I try a few times to reach them by telephone, but they don't picked up the phone. Shame for the Company, a very bad customer support. I send my e-mail again to the e-mail adres on there website, but still no sign of life from them.
