Purevpn app does not ping servers. Went to the support page and found no solutions. Uninstalled Purevpn, then tried to download and reinstall, s3.amazonaws.com refused to connect. Unable to download fresh app. Purevpn support chat offline/does not work. No Purevpn support phone numbers. Only way to contact Purevpn is via an email, which they say support will get back in a few hours. This is totally unacceptable. Do not use Purevpn if you are a business as the app is unreliable. If you are an individual using Purevpn, expect varied performance, dropped connections, and virtually no support. Very disappointed. {{redacted}}
