No proper feedback or assistance from your retentions team

I am quite sick of the SERVICE received form Netstar!!! It's is shocking. My dad passed in January. I emailed and the executors emailed retentions. Your accounts division definitely does not communicate with your retentions dept. They handed over my dad's account to Legal. Then I call and I speak to numerous people and still NO JOY!! Then I speak to Menzi, and he was supposed to arrange for Accounts • to send me an updated statement, • advise me what is owing • advise me on all 3 vehicles if the Tracker is working or else I will hold NETSTAR responsible should anything happen to any of the vehicles(Menzi does not respond to me mail when I emailed him the VIN of the 3rd vehicle as you guys don't know where the third vehicle is (look at attached) • when is my mums debits orders going to run? (I would prefer the 28th of each month) • do you have her banking details? • Do I pay the outstanding and form which month with the debit order run?? Can I please have a response to all of the ABOVE?
