No paper; no resolution

I just prepaid for a year's worth of Sunday papers. I received the paper the first week, and then the second week in, no paper came. I notified them several times but nobody is contacting me to resolve the situation. There are no live humans to talk to; only automated machines. I'll give it one more day and then I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company to have my money returned. User's recommendation: If you want the paper, go to the store and buy it.
