The 4th and 11th no paper. In the past when paper not delivered, I was told to wait till 11:00 before reporting in-order to allow time for delivery. Now Im told to report before 9:10 to allow Post to do something. Last Sunday I was asked a preference. Credit or paper. I chose paper and never received one. Spoke to Post again and was told I could receive Sunday paper on Monday. Then it was explained to me that this really isnt the Posts fault. Its the delivery persons fault. Who do I pay? User's recommendation: Pay delivery service instead of Post.
