App said my order was delivered so not the case Tried to resolve the issue but the chat option doesnt work I want my $96 dollars back and my dinner would be a bonus this is by far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced We order 3-5 times a week have ordered from this vendor 12 times in the past what a joke this site is at least have the driver call if they cant find the address Im out dinner for my kids and almost a 100$ never using this site again User's recommendation: Never ever use skip take your money and you pay for their drivers dinner.
