No order number and no shoes received

I placed a order with NineWest on 12/06/2018.. I did not receive a order number but my credit card was charged. I’ve tried numberous time to get customer service without success.. I have been a customer for several years but it seems Service to their customers has fallen apart.. If they did not have the products why would they charge my credit card?
