No one listens to legitimate complaint

On 18 March an offer was made on a magazine that I immediately accepted. EBay made a big hoo hat out of it and advised me not to post until payment received in my bank. A day later I received a message from PayPal that they had been paid by the purchaser but a hold of 21 days was put on transfer of funds into my bank. I was then advised by EBay to post the item &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; provide proof of postage following which I would be paid. These instructions are contrary to EBay policy. I demand immediate payment NOW, I have today posted the item to the buyer and I would like an immediate explanation as to how I get copies of proof of postage to EBay. I would also demand a detailed explanation as to why this suspension of payment was instituted. Neither the buyer nor myself have ever experienced such stupid pointless actions before and we both want answers. NOW!! User's recommendation: Beware the buyer/seller who can’t be contacted.
