No one answering phone calls
I opened an account here about a year ago. The terms were good. And the staff seemed to be competent and friendly. I had never had any problems with tellers. They are always helpful. But you always have to stay in long lines when you get to the branch. Be ready to wait for 20 minutes and longer! That’s disappointing. But today I got totally frustrated. I decided to call them to schedule an appointment. I had to call 5 times until they answered! Every time I waited for several minutes. There were rings and rings and then the connection got cut off. They must do something with that! Obviously, they need much more staff. I had to waste more than 30 minutes to get in touch with them!
