NO NO NO!!!!

I ordered a Christmas outfit for my dog on December 16th. I was concerned I would not receive it in time for Christmas so I contacted th via email. I received 1 email telling me to be patient and that it was being processed. I sent an email back stating it shouldn't take this long to get an order and never received a response. I sent an email back today pissed because I ordered it in plenty of time with no response after the 1st one and i threatened to report them. I will be doing that because it sounds like I wont get a response or my money back or product. If i would get the product at least I can use it for next year. But lack of response on their end. No clue how they are still in business. I will never order from a facebook ad again!
