Original review posted by user Nov 25, 2019 I opened up an account on 4/2018 and had no issues until wednesday 11/20/2019 when my account was compromised. I am now being told since I was an authorized user on an account opened by an ex partner of mine that I am responsible for the charges prior to opening a new account. Not one time when I opened the account was these details disclosed and feel if I never would have called you all would have never advised me of such and I have deposits that have been on this account since the beginning. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and will send this to social media to advise everyone in the world to not open an account with you all.
