No money return

i have emailed twice both times i have been ignored i brought two item of clothing from sale which took ages to come then i returned them to the shop which i was told my refund would take 5 days to go into my account we are now on week four and still no refund !!!!! User's recommendation: do not order from them for sale stock !!!!
