No money back

I had submitted my childs drawing about a month ago and I wasn't receiving any shipping confirmation, so I contacted them. A week passed and I decided to cancel my orders. I ordered one through amazon pay and I received my money back. The other one however hasnt been refunded. Its been 10 days and nothing. Ill be contacting my bank but this is so unprofessional in their part . DO NOT BUY FROM BUDSIES. User's recommendation: Too expensive !!!
