In February 2022 money was stolen from my card. The amount is small - only $120 but it was still not pleasant. When I called the support service, I was told that it would take 10 days to resolve the issue, the manager assured me that he would deal with the situation. It's been probably 20 days, but I haven't received any call. I was not expecting a call as much as a refund, but there was neither one nor the other. When I call the company, the Support Service answers me again about 10 days. Each new person is not aware of what we agreed with the previous one... I'm not sure if they wanted to help me or just wasted time... Now I no longer hope for a refund, but I would like to warn other customers about this possibility. Your money can be withdrawn from your account by unknown persons, and you can not count on the support service. Extremely bad situation, be careful!!
If you are actual Representative of rapid! PayCard you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
