There is no Customer Support, you get charged more money than agreed on, it is not a user-friendly service. There is no instructions or information to help guide you through the process and the company is out of Berlin, Germany. No phone access assistance and no refunds. You are on your own. For three weeks, my profile was in Review. I tried complaining, but there was only a computerized chat that was worthless. User's recommendation: DON’T Give money or join EliteSingles.
