No managment official will contact me regarding my order situation

Ordered pickup truck fender flares that are not what I was expecting in texture of the plastic and height. After emailing with a ProTuningLab customer service representative back and forth I respectfully and professionally requested to be put in touch with a manager. After several follow up emails requesting this simple and reasonable action over many weeks, still no answer. I am clearly being ignored. Very poor look for this company's customer relationship activity. User's recommendation: Be ready to never get to speak with a supervisor or manager, even if you ask nicely.
