No longer have access to email login

Hello I called not too long ago about a password reset, the rep I spoke to said that she would send something to my email but I never received it. I no longer use bluebird, have lost my card, and still get email statements but unable to open them because I dont have access to my account.I am needing any old statement for any month between December 2019 and March 2020. If this matter can be addressed it would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance
