I made an online order. I came in to Jersey Mikes to pick it up and it was ready. I proceeded to pay and they said tap the screen before putting my card in which the screen was asking for a tip so I tipped them and I put my card in and asked if I could add my points and the employee said no. I said what do you mean no? They said you already paid, you cant get your jersey mike points. I ordered a giant sub and tipped them but not once did he ask if I have a phone number with them or if I have any jersey mike points I want to use. I never complain as I worked in the restaurant business . User's recommendation: Ask if they have a phone number with jersey mikes.
