Can't believe some of the reviews I'm reading here. I think that most of them are not real and true. And why does the review have to start with an issue or problem? Is this review site trying to gain popularity? Nevertheless, I just wanted to say that this company is highly reliable. Basically it is total opposite from what other reviewers here are saying. I have used it on my wedding day and we received the perfect service. The driver was on time, the limo was clean and spacious and they gave us very affordable rate. My sister also used their service and only had great words about this company. One of the best limo services in Rochester.
