After you passed on my email I got an automated response forwarding your message to them claiming there was no content and referring me to their call back service and on line chat. These did not work last time and did not work this time. The call back service involves you calling them and getting an automated message which cuts you off. The chat is not live just bland automated messages which cannot answer questions. I tried responding to the automated mail but no human here. User's recommendation: Forget Amazon if you have a problem. They will not resolve it.
