No help for broken vacuum

4 months after purchasing an expensive Shark vacuum, it started to lose suction, squeak, etc. called customer service who said our warranty only covers the motor. I asked what we can do for diagnosis and repair. They did not know?! The place we purchased from said they cant do anything after 30 days after purchase. I get that. What i dont get is why is Shark not supporting a product they sold us just a few months ago, and paid a hefty price for. User's recommendation: Another brand that values their customers.
