NO HELP DURING A CRISIS

Hi my name is Dave W. I would like to voice my EXTREME DISPLEASURE with the Kay Jewelers Credit department. I purchased my engagement ring with an 18 month 0% rate which was to be due the same month as my wedding which was supposed to be April 19th, 2020. With receiving no notifications with the hundreds of emails that Kay Jewelers overwhelms you with every month, not one mentioned that my promotion would be ending. They feel that during this time of WORLDWIDE CRISIS that when the payment was made on my regularly scheduled payment date 28th(monthly) that it was paid 21 days late, even though the balance was paid in the same month(they charged me $1,359.23) There wasn't even a notification that my account had been charged, nor was I notified that my promotion will be expiring, just a bunch of Mother's Day sales. During that time I was going through the process of rescheduling my wedding for the first time, along with changing our honeymoon, and on top of that having to deal with my fiance getting surgery, along with work hours being cut and having to take a 20% salary cut on top of everything else. I am now on the 3rd date this year for our wedding. I have spoken to four different employees at Kay over the past hour and there is apparently NOTHING THEY CAN DO, the only thing they offered was a $50.00 credit applied to the balance. I have probably spent over $10,000 with them over the past two years and NOTHING, NO HELP, NO SYMPATHY, NO EMPATHY. I've referred so many people over the past few years and I will personally reach out to each one and stress to never do business with Kay ever again. Its DISGUSTING that large companies like this would not extending a helping hand. User's recommendation: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
