some of the phones have gotten better. like LG, or Motorola, the rest are like paperweights. The phone companies have bad service. including T-mobile when you pay it's good not when it's free it's not. Tru connect should be False Connect. And so on. The phones are made in China. they are just putting cheap parts together. they may not know what products they are working on. but they know what phones are, but they get very low pay. User's recommendation: better service like the regular phone companies.
