No good deeds but greed from Honda

1

I purchased my car on December 2, 2017 due to the fact I had gotten into a car accident in Nov and needed transportation. I brought a 2016 Toyota Avalon, for $18,000 but some how I was charged an extra $3000 which I secretly believed was for the harness for the car). The finance guy who helped us was a straight liar, for one he lied about gap, saying that if we got into a accident the gap would payoff the car, (which it don't). He also told us that we could not turn it off, ( and that was a lie as well. I was given a $12,000 mile warranty and when i purchased the car it was $38000 miles +, the miles right now are only 41,000, which I used 3000 miles since my purchase. My problem started 1 week after I brought the car, my breaks was squeaky, and they were grinding, (Which I called to Thousand Oaks Honda and told them my Breaks were grinding and squeaky, and even though it was under warranty they didn't want to fix it.) . also I noticed my tire pressure light coming on every morning, and would go out, also when I pushed the Econ button, underneath the car was this very loud noise. The next week the gasoline door hatch door fell off while pumping gas, (it looked a little off before we got the car, but I thought that was how it was supposed to look) The 3rd week was fine, but then comes the 4th week, after Christmas Dec 26, 2017, I got up to go to work and left my home at 5:40 to drive to work, my husband was outside warming up the car and noticed it running very differently than before. I get into the car and the car is extremely shaky, all these warning lights are on the car, including check engine light, and I cant drive it to work. So I missed work that day, and did not get paid for Christmas, which I am extremely upset about. I have 3 children and my husband is self employed. I called up to Thousand Oaks Honda numerous of times, when I say numerous of times. I called like about 20 times, trying to reach the right person to talk to, to see what the issue is for the car, and since its still under 12,000 mile warranty, I was still covered. I was hung up on, left on hold for 10 mins, transferred to the wrong person, One of the guys told me to take to Toyota way before they even looked at the car, and so they completely ignored me, giving me the run around. So I figured to get any results, I had to risk me and my family's safety to drive this vehicle up to Thousand Oaks from Lancaster, CA. I was terrified while on the freeway trying to drive my I was told to talk to Jay the Sales Manager, and saw that he didn't have any authority, he was telling me he couldn't do anything, and he basically wasted my time, I was then told to talk George who was the Service guy, he took the car in and gave me a loaner car to drive while they attempt to fix the car. The next day i was told they sent it to Toyota down the street to You Kim 818-889-8919 and would hear back soon. They call my husband and tell him that a rodent ate up my car wires, and that its a outside source not covered under warranty. I called Youy Kim from Toyota 818-889-8919 and he told me they were not going to do anything and, i asked for pictures for proof that it was rats, he said he would take it back to Toyota the same day and (He did not), he hung up on me and said he was not going to take pictures for free. So I research the issue and find that they are known for that particular issue there is a class action law suit going on based on Soy based products are being put onto the wire to attract rodents: below https://topclassactions.com/lawsuit-settlements/lawsuit-news/827503-toyota-class-action-says-rats-chew-soy-based-wiring/ Honda also has the same issue. So I show them this info and they act like they have never heard of that before and tell me they can't pay for the repairs or anything for me. So the next day on Friday I get a call from Armondo Valdez that they are able to Trade the car, or buy it back, but they lied about that as well, I wanted to get a car with a lesser balance for $16000 and they end up increasing the price of my car from $22,000, to $26,000 and increase my payment to $484 a month and it was not of equal value, and they wanted to re run my credit. I really want to sue them for stress and Lies, not fixing my car under warranty and just all around not being Honda Boys in Blue doing good deeds.
