The manager of Wangsa Walk has called me to apologize and has promised to compensate my loss. I then asked him to email me officially so that i can understand and reply him with the details to receive those compensations. But i did not receive any email or call from him anymore since his first call. I feel very disappointed on the customer service and do not hope for the compensation to realized anymore. User's recommendation: Be careful the quantity of the items that u ordered.
