When I used JustAnswer it stated on the website that you get a free trial. Didn't happen, I asked one question and immediately was enrolled for a membership, in which they took money from my account within hours. I cancelled the membership within 24 hrs. Contacted JustAnswer to request a refund and was told no refund. My question is what happened to the free trial? User's recommendation: Unless you want a membership automatically, don't ask them anything, because they immediately debit money from your account. THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL!
