No follow up on my case

The cashier did not ask for my reward's number at the check-out, so I went back in to correct this, but the cashier said nothing could be done on her end - I had to do this myself online. When I came back home and tried, someone else's rewards number was already entered (I presume it was the cashier's). I reached out to the customer center and filed a complaint twice, but no follow-ups. User's recommendation: Go if you like being ripped-off.
