No Email Address

I have been a long time customer (not for much longer) of Capital One Bank, but because they do not provide a contact email address or any other way to send them a message thru their online banking system, I am fixing to dump them and go to Discover On Line Bank. There is no reason that a Bank, or any other business should not have a way to contact them via email or on line messaging in the year 2021. User's recommendation: No Email Contact for Capital One Bank Customers.
