They are terrible. I have called all day at the number they give , and no one is there. They were also charging me during the covid period until I was able to freeze my account. I am definitely cancelling my membership. The other better gyms in our area have already been open for a week! Customer service the worst, why would you tell people to call a number when obviously no one is answering. User's recommendation: Don't join.
