No customer service response to my email

I've been trying to log into Indeed.com unsuccessfully for a while now, even tried to change my password so I can log in; no success! I want to close my account and without my log in info, I'm unable to do even that. I have reached out to them via email, as their phone lines are a waste of time; and still no response. I need to update my account so I can start anew.
