Im trying to cancel a reservation for a rental in Orlando because our flight plans changed and I cannot reach ANYONE even online I cant find a place to cancel. We have spent over 2 hours searching and calling. This is absolutely absurd. Never again will we use budget air again and neither will the 9 people we are traveling with User's recommendation: Never use them. There is no customer service phones.
