I've written a number of times to VRBO trying to resolve an issue. I am a premiere host and am supposed to get premiere service. I make money for this company. That will now end. The least they could do is have a telephone number to call. Is that asking too much? The giant company is run by the Expedia group. That's the problem, there's a group of executives sitting in their offices getting fat checks. They don't care what happens out in the field! Their reviews are 1 star. That's right, 1 star! I have switched to AirBnB. They have much better reviews and services. Be careful VRBO users! Take it from someone who knows. Th User's recommendation: Don't use VRBO.
