I am a platinum service customer. I have no way of talking to an actual support service of Daz3D. I have been a long time customer. In the last few days products do not download or install. I am very disappointed with Daz3d. There is no direct support line that will answer. New products purchased are virtually useless. Wasted money. User's recommendation: Do not deal with Daz3d as they have no longer support there products in a timely manor.
