We have been taking care of our pool for over 25 years. There is an o ring that needs replacing about once per year. In the past year we have gone through 4 o rings. At a cost of almost $40 A pop, that is almost thievery . We have contacted Hayward several times with zero response. Pinch a penny In Cooper City , Florida is pretty useless as well just taking our $40 every time. Im this age when customer service is essential to survival , Hayward is going backwards .,this ring is faulty and we have no option in the market . Very unhappy with Hayward User's recommendation: Try to use another company for pool products with customer service.
