Tapjoy is a site on many online games. companies advertise on this site...if you buy their product or service then you get what you need for the online game you play. Oil of Olay advertised on this site and they offered X amount of game dice if you bought their product, I bought their product but didnt receive the offered tokens for my game. They have the worst customer service and thats if you can get ahold of them. I emailed them and received an email back saying they received my email and they explained reasons why I might not get another email from them..spitting out every excuse as to why I probably wont hear from them. I tried to online chat with the company but the chat wont ever open. I called the 800 number and waited 10 minutes for a representative and after finally talking to a real person, he put me on hold...I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and the phone disconnected. So Im now resorting to publicly airing my issue. User's recommendation: Don’t trust the oil of Olay offer on Tapjoy.
