The contact telephone number provided by the sales person, Mathew Gregory, to obtain customer service from this organization does not provide anything. I need to talk to a responsible, live person from World Premiere Travel Inc to assist me and my wife travelling to Munich Germany on the 24 April 2012 and returning 7 May 2012. I have redeemed the companion air certificate weeks ago and was told then to expect answers within 24 to 48 hours, to no avail. In the past 4 days I have been attempting to find a live person to whom I can address my concerns. I have written several emails to various addresses with no answers forthcoming.
