No customer service – agree to disagree i cannot log into website.

Because i cannot log in i cannot cancel future charges. I have emailed and called the provided telephone number. Now i am writing them a letter. I cannot log in and i cannot remove my profile. I have tried to every credit card last 4 digits i have to log in and to no avail. beware User's recommendation: always check negative review and make sure they are a USA company.
