No correspondence or acknowledgement from Iberia

Refunding on two business class tickets which were wrongly charged to my MasterCard card. The amount charged was double the amount they quoted and we cancelled the day after we booked. I have a case number they provided after calling them several times when they acknowledge it was a booking mistake. This is been going on since April 18,2021. User's recommendation: Iberia customer service is very bad do not fly with them.
