Flights were canceled due to covid. Was offered flight credit or refund chose refund. Been waiting since 2020 still no contact no refund and booking details have been deleted! Spent $2000 on flights and nothing back at all! Sent numerous emails to be told Fiji airlines was holding the refund but I booked through bravofly and Fiji airlines say its the booking agent to deal with the refund! I want a reply ASAP! This is ridiculous you think its ok to withhold someones hard earned money! Please explain!! User's recommendation: Don’t book through bravofly.
