DMV has confirmed tile lien still on record. UPDATE: Bank contact follow up never accomplished due to lack of proper contact info. (no valid US mail address, no internet site, no e-mail, no brick-en mortar address) NYS DMV Albany, Northport were NO HELP. (no contact available for this dispute, admittance denied) NY Secretary of State: refused to help. Told me to file summons and complaint. NYS Banking Commission: refused to help. FDIC: refused to help. User's recommendation: get loans else where.
