No confirmation, unable to communicate with agency after they have received your payment
Booked a flight for my son. Palm Springs to K.C. I'm in K.C., Needed to convey info. to my son and change/add luggage details. The only way to do this is to use their live chat; A Bot., no human. There are 2 international phone numbers; they don't answer. This is 4 days prior to the flight. Unable to communicate with them; after 2 days, I contact my bank, U.S. bank. They informed me I could cancel the pending payment, $269.65. I confirmed this and the bank agent (wrongly) assured me this couldn't present and paid later. I booked another flight through Priceline with AA. $279. Day after flight, I find A.A. paid and BudgetAir paid. User's recommendation: READ AND BELIEVE THE REVIEWS.
