No confirmation on the booking after about 18 hours and seems like a fraud

Hi Team, I am tired of calling the customer care number which is not reachable and i have no email id to reach out and i feel i am scammed against my booking. Its been about 18 hours since i made the payment and my booking starts in about 24 hours and is still pending for a confirmation. User's recommendation: Better not use this website.
