I've been attending the AFC in Fayetteville off and on for about a year now and haven't observed any of the problems described by other commenters. The gym isn't as up-to-date as I'd like and doesn't have some of my favorite machines, but it's cheap and close to home, has free classes, and in my opinion, Ricky is a big plus. In regards to Ricky, I haven't noticed any inappropriate touching or staring. I've noticed this at other gyms, but haven't at AFC, and my girlfriend hasn't had any complaints either. Actually, during some of his workout sessions, I noticed that Ricky seems to intentionally NOT look in directions that could be interpreted as inappropriate. It seems like more women attend his classes than guys too, which makes me think that this really isn't an issue. I have seen Ricky go to his office with women, but I've been under the impression that those people were employees of the gym. I've also seen them go into the office without him. Anyway, the gym is loud and Ricky is there all the time, so if he wants to have a private conversation with someone, that's fine with me. I also don't have any concerns about my personal information. I don't know if members information shows up on the computer when they scan their cards because the computer is behind a counter and I haven't had any reason to be snooping around back there. Overall, I have no complaints.
